1. Services

South Blue Enterprises, Inc. provides home interior services including kitchen cabinet installation, stone countertop installation, bathroom repairs, interior painting, tile installation, drywall repair, and handyman services. A written estimate will be provided before any work begins.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided after an on-site visit and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work described in the written estimate. Any changes to scope may result in adjusted pricing.

3. Payment Terms

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For most residential projects, a 30% deposit is required on start, with the balance due upon completion. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged. All terms are specified in the written estimate.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your estimate and service agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature.

5. Age Requirement

Our services are intended for homeowners and property owners who are at least 18 years of age. By requesting an estimate or engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description: South Blue Enterprises, Inc. operates a customer care SMS program. By opting in (via the form at southblueenterprises.com/support), you agree to receive non-marketing, customer-support text messages related to your inquiries, service updates, and appointment coordination. This is a recurring messaging program and message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending you SMS messages. To resume, simply opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

Carrier liability disclaimer: Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Limitation of Liability

South Blue Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
